On behalf of Nancy Deal's work as a painter with a specialty in faux, I am writing to express our satisfaction with the results produced in our home over the past two months. We employed her services for phases I and II of our plans to change the older look here to a bolder, more modern one. Nancy successfully executed four faux jobs: one office in leather, another in basket weave, one large wall using broad satin-looking shadow stripes in both the great room and hallway; selected walls of the master bedroom in arcs and swirls called "Fantasy."  Her plain painting for connecting walls along the hallway and accompanying, non-faux walls in the great room and bedroom complemented her faux, showing her versatility and expertise in matching with a creative eye. With reasonable charges and accommodation of our moderate requests around guests and holidays, my husband and I found her honest and cooperative. Our experience with Nancy as a painter was excellent. She stripped our kitchen and bathroom wallpaper, painted the base coat and then faux finished it beautifully, with a coat of clear urethane in the high usage areas. She painted baseboards and woodwork. This was done in May of 2005. We were very pleased with it. Nancy worked efficiently and neatly. We were totally satisfied with the results.
